Chinese New Year is around the corner, please check our holiday schedules.
1. We will be on holiday from Feb 01 to Feb 11.
Customer service team will still handle emails, but only address changing, other emails will be responded when they back to work on Feb 12.
2. The USA warehouse will be working normally, except the weekends.
All orders (besides orders from USA warehouse) placed during our vacation will not be processed in time, when we back to work on Feb 12, warehouse will start to process all the orders, the processing time frame will be delayed for a week.
