    Why should I pre-order at VapeSourcing?

    When a new product launched by manufacturer, we usually offer the pre-order option. The first batch of the new product is always with limited quantity, by placing a pre-order, you will be among the first of our customers to receive the brand new product, and you are guaranteed to get it shortly if it comes in stock.

     

    Can you guarantee the product will be available on the ETA?

    No. We offer pre-order option for a new product when we placed the order to factory and got a ETA from them, but we can not 100% guarantee the actual arrival date, because they may delay it for their material or other reasons, so it is important to note that all pre-orders are offered with estimated time of arrival(ETA). In other words, it is quite possible and common that pre-order products are delivered later than expected.

    If any change about ETA of the pre-order items, we will update on the product page. Please pay more attention.

    If you have placed an order on the pre-order item, we will inform you via e-mail.

     

    What if my pre-order not be filled?

    When the manufacturer cancels or short ships our order, we can not make sure all the pre-orders can be filled. In the case of short shipment, we will prioritize the pre-orders based on the time they were received, first received, first sent. We will then have to cancel and refund all other pre-orders that can not be filled. We are not responsible to offer any compensation for pre-orders that we are unable to fill caused by the manufacturer factors.

    Battery/Mod

    We provide 3 months Guarantee for Battery/Box Mod, if there is any quality problem during guarantee period, we can provide replacements to you.

     

    Dead on Arrival (DOA)

    Items except Battery/ Mod are only covered by our DOA warranty. DOA items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving them.Please test your item as soon as you get your order, we are very sorry to hear of such cases. We believe that the following may be useful in such cases.

    1) Atomizers
    Please clean your atomizer first. If you put your atomizers away for several months and they can't perform well when you begin to use them, please firstly try to clean your atomizers completely.

    2) Batteries
    Please first check our item description to see whether it has special function, for example, 5-clicks protection.
    Then try to charge the battery for a while. Though it was fully charged when comes out from factory, it may be lose power in warehouse or during transit.

    3) Atomizer & Battery
    Meanwhile, sometimes the battery and atomizer aren't so flush with each other, you will need to adjust their terminal connection. The atomizer terminal may have been pushed down in the rubber seat so it isn't reaching the battery terminal. Please try using a bamboo skewer and wiggling the atomizer brass terminal out of its rubber seat carefully a little bit by sticking the pointed end in the atomizer hole, then do the same with the battery.

     

    We tried our biggest effort to give detailed description in product description, and we suggest you look through the user manual before using any product. There are some order statuses following:

• Processing:

Processing means that orders have either been invoiced or shipped, but not both.

•Pending:

Pending means brand new orders that have not been processed or finished payment by Bank Transfer. Typically, these orders need to be invoiced and shipped.

• Complete:

Complete means Orders have been invoiced and have shipped.

• Cancelled:

Cancelled means orders should be used if orders are cancelled or if the orders have not been paid for.

•Closed:

Once your order has been received, please at first check the package and all items and make sure whether they can work well. If there is something wrong, please take photos of both defective, broken or missing items and 3rd copy for receiver of express waybill.

 

30 Days Money Back Guarantee

We have a 30 days money back guarantee on all our products (excluding prefilled cartridges and e-juice) from the date you received it without any reason. You should return the item in its original condition to us. In that case after we receive the returned items, we will refund you the payment excluding actual shipping fees already incurred. Generally, we will ship the replacement after we approve the problem. When you place your new order, please leave a message in order note to remind us of it, or you can contact us. Sometimes when the replacement is not available, we will ship your order first and leave the replacement sent to you with your next order.

5. Items Missing from Package

We have the confidence that each order is proceed in a fast and correct way. Each order is inspected by at least 3 workers. We record the order, weight information. We take picture before shipping for some special orders. However, sometimes mistake occures, we are always sorry for such cases, we will work hard to make sure that you become a satisfied customer.

Please don't throw away the package list attached in your parcel before you are sure that you have received all your items.

If one of your items is not listed in the package list, please send us a photo of the package list, we will response as soon as possible to make up for our mistake.

 

Refund

Refund Terms

(1) All items you want to return and get refund must contact us by email directly.

(2) Items in your order we haven’t made shipment will be made refund in 24 hours after we receive your reasonable request.

(3) Items in your order we have already made shipment will be made refund after we receive the items from you or forwarders.

(4) Items in your order you have received must be made refund after we receive the items from you and check whether it is good and original.

Please take photos when you receive the items and package if you want to make refund and return.

3. Provide Order Number, Product Name, Serial Number, Paypal account

4. Please let us know after you receive the refund.
