Mouth to lung (MTL) is a style of vaping that caters specifically to cigarette smokers.
Aspire was one of the first brands to capitalize on this market, with their quality, high performance MTL tanks dominating the market such as the ever-so-popular Nautilus line.
Many other leading manufacturers have since included MTL vaporizers within their product range, inspiring continued innovation and more progressive designs within this sector.
Digiflavor has followed a similar strategy to these industry leaders with the Siren GTA MTL atomizer acting as one of their leading designs. In recent months, they have taken this design back to the drawing board and the
Siren 2 GTA MTL Tank Atomizer is the end result. Here's a look at what you can expect…

Since vaping's inception, manufacturers have been experimenting with designs that can mimic a smoking-like experience. Initial MTL releases have had limited success, with many designs failing to recreate the restricted draw smokers have become so accustomed to.
Fast forward a few years and brands like Aspire,
KangerTech and
Innokin have each had wins in this category with Digiflavor now looking to join their ranks.
The Siren 2 GTA MTL Atomizer has been especially crafted for MTL users and its versatile design is available in two different sizes. The larger, 24mm base offers a 4.5 mL
e-juice capacity while the smaller, 22mm unit caters to a TPD compliant, 2 mL liquid capacity.
The upgraded build deck now caters to larger builds while the inclusion of a smaller airflow inlet supports a more restricted draw. As one would expect, airflow is fully adjustable and Digiflavor have actually included NINE (compared to the original four) adjustment settings, for more precise control and customization.
As its predecessor, the Siren 2 integrates Genesis Tank Atomizer (GTA) inspired characteristics, meaning that the wick extends below the build deck into the e-liquid below. Building and wicking is relatively effortless, with a simple two post deck that is top secured and offers ample working space.
By industry standards, Digiflavor has ticked all of the relevant boxes with this design and there are notable improvements between this model and the original. MTL vapers will appreciate its flavor-centric output and overall ease of use but it is the advanced AFC that looks capable of rocketing this design to the top of the MTL rankings.
It would be great to see how this
atomizer fares in the field and whether it can meet the expectations of veteran MTL users. Please let us know your thoughts in the comments section below and tell us how it compares to your current, favorite MTL tank.
