As to the prohibited items in the order, we will contact to refund while the rest of the package will be processed normally.
All flavored tobacco products sales have been banned to the following locations:
States - Vermont, Massachusetts, New York
Cities - Washington D.C.
Shipping Protection covers lost, stolen and damaged items that fit the following criteria. Review the policies to understand what lost, stolen, and damaged items it will cover.
1. Packages presumed to be lost
Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered")
---7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments
---20 days after the last tracking update for international shipments
---tracking status is undelivered or Alert
2. Only part of the order delivered
---If the customer ordered several items in one package but only part of the order arrived and there is no evidence of tampering.
---If a single order is being shipped in multiple packages and one package does not arrive.
3. Delivered but Missing Package
Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered stolen. Please contact with us within 48hours after delivery.
4. Delivered to wrong address
If the customer input the correct address at checkout and the package was delivered to the wrong address.
5. Damaged Item On Arrived
Order Issues for damaged orders must be filed within 48hours of the delivery date. A damaged item is considered to be a broken product that is unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.
We offer a variety of shipping methods and will show the best one for you on the checkout page. The current shipping methods offered are Registered Air Mail, Express and UPS.

There are three key factors which will affect the time you receive your items.
1. Order Status
For pre-order and restocking orders, we need to take some time to purchase the products back before shipping, so you need to wait for about 10-30 working days.
In-stock orders: in 48 working hours for dispatching, estimated delivery time 5-10 working days
2. Warehouses
We have established 2 warehouses in California, USA / Shenzhen, China, and many backup warehouses in Europe for the growing orders.

U.S.A/US-02 Warehouse shipping from the United States, and only ship to the USA

Note: The above shipping time are calculated by using calendar days. This is a general guide and delays maybe caused force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.
