"Too Hot" and Overheating Solution

When you are vaping, it may give a "Too hot" warning or it is overheated that you can't even touch it. Here are the causes and solutions: 1. "Too Hot" warning (1) Normal circumstance: When you vape for a long time (eg: chain-vapes more than 10puffs with high wattage), it would give a "Too Hot" warning to protect the device itself. Please take out the batteries（if it's replaceable） and let it cool for 15 mins. (2) Abnormal circumstance: When you vape just for a short time, it gives a "Too Hot"warning. Then the control board might be messed up, please try to contact us. 2. Overheating (1) Normal circumstance: When you vape for a long time, you might feel it is overheated that you can't even touch it. Please take out the batteries (if it's replaceable) and let it cool for 15 mins. (2) Abnormal circumstance: When you vape just for a short time, it is overheated that you can't even touch it.
