Vaporesso Revenger X Kit | X marks the spot

Building upon the phenomenal success off the Revenger Kit, Vaporesso revisits this design with the revised Revenger X Kit. Vaporesso only recently entered the high-powered, sub-ohm vaping category. But they are not letting this slow them down… Exceptional reviews of the Revenger Kit converted many power-hungry vapers to the brand earlier this year. In an effort to beat their best, Vaporesso presents the Revenger X Kit. Retail Price: $58.99 in https://vapesourcing.com/vaporesso-revenger-x-kit-220w.html Colors: Green, Red, Rainbow, Black, Blue The newest member of the Revenger family is an identical replica of its predecessor. Adopting equal dimensions and paired with the matching NRG Tank as used in the first kit, it is impossible to evaluate their differences on looks alone. Or is it? Upon closer inspection, it is evident that Vaporesso has switched out the large firing and adjustment buttons for responsive, "touch" buttons located below the main menu display. This high-tech adaptation is in keeping with modern trends and in this regard, Vaporesso is one of the early adopters of this feature. In support of this feature, the inclusion of an 8-tier vibration system means that users have the option of customizing the device to vibrate at different levels. This essentially mimics the effect of typing on a mobile device. In addition, a simplified menu system with easy "one touch" navigation makes this mod suitable for users of all skill levels. The NRG Tank atomizer makes a return appearance for this release. Available in either a 2 mL or 5 mL version, this cloud chasing tank utilizes the GT Core coil family. The kit includes two varieties to get you started. A pre-installed GT4 and a NRG8 GT Core coil, both 0.15 Ω. If you missed the original Revenger craze, the good news is that you're just in time for its resurrection. And with a little luck, Vaporesso may just win over a few more supporters with its upcoming release. Finally, we got our hands on the Revenger X. Here's an update describing our experience with it. Ok, so here's the deal with the interface. It's a touch-screen device, technically speaking. But you don't touch the actual display. The mod has three buttons below the screen that are touch-sensitive. You have your up and down adjustment buttons which also allow you to navigate through the menu. Then you have a third button which gives you access the menu screen. That's not even the best part. The most notable improvement on the new Revenger X mod is the user-interface. If you've ever used any Vaporesso mod, you know how annoying it was to change modes. You would have to hold down the function button until it round robins to the setting of your choice. It was a major pain in the ass… Not anymore! Now all you need to do is touch the function button three times, after unlocking the power button. The touch screen locks when firing the device to prevent you from changing anything by accident. The new menu allows you to easily switch between modes and access the menu screen. You won't have to cycle through the menu anymore, praying that you don't skip your selection. Another noticeable improvement is their use of haptics, aka vibration. This is a feature that we might be seeing popping up on a lot of new devices soon. Why not? Phones and pagers have used this for years, so it's about time they started implementing this into vape gear. It enhances the experience. Other than that, everything is pretty much identical to the original Revenger mod. It was already a great device, so they didn't have to reinvent the wheel. Vaporesso made a few tweaks to make sure they have one of the best mods on the market. I think it's great that they didn't call it the Version 2. If you already own a Revenger, I can't justify for you to go out and buy another one. However, if you had your eye on the original and still haven't pulled the trigger, you have more reasons to go for it. Has anybody else tried the new vaporesso revenger x kit? What's your experience been like with it so far?
