Chinese New Year is around the corner, we will have a huge holiday for celebration. And we will stop shipping packages and customer service during Spring Festival Holiday. Please check our holiday schedules:
1. Spring Festival Holiday: Jan. 20 to Jan. 31, 2020
Customer service team will still handle emails, but only address and item changing and order cancellation, other emails will be responded when they back to work on Feb 01.
2. The USA warehouse will be working normally, except the weekends.
All orders (besides orders from USA warehouse) placed during our vacation will not be processed in time, when we back to work on Feb 01, warehouse will start to process all the orders, the processing time frame will be delayed for a week.
3. The Hong Kong warehouses and CN-SZ Warehouse orders (except pre-orders) paid before Jan. 19 can be shipped before holiday. We highly recommend you to place your orders ASAP. It will take 3-5 working days to ship out backlogged orders when we come back on Feb. 01. Thanks for your understanding.
