Please check our Chinese New Year Delivery Notice:
1. Holiday Schedule: Feb.7- Feb.16, 2021. Customer service team will still handle emails everyday.
2. The CN-SZ Warehouse & Hong Kong Warehouse will stop shipping from Feb.7- Feb.16(We will resume normal delivery on Feb. 17). It may take about 3-5 working days to send out backlog orders (non-preorders). So we kindly suggest you to submit your orders as early as possible.
3. The US Warehouse & EU Warehouse will be working normally, except the weekends.
