New E-Cigarette Rules Proposed By FDA
05/09/2016
Dear Customers,
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration proposed asserting its authority over new tobacco products on 5th May, including e-cigarettes, flavored cigars and nicotine gels.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing this final rule to deem products meeting the statutory definition of "tobacco product," except accessories of the newly deemed tobacco products, to be subject to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the FD&C Act), as amended by the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act (Tobacco Control Act).
We are also closely following the developments, which is a huge challenge for entire industry.
In order to develop electronic cigarette industry, we hope to unite all vapers, vendors and manufacturers, show the power us. Let's try our best to the delay and the overthrow of the implementation of the electronic cigarette FDA regulations.
All vapers, let's act together.
Best Wishes
