Vaporesso Gen Fit Kit is what appears to be a simple starter kit.
Vaporesso is a huge name in the vaping industry and the “Gen” range has brought us quite a few devices so far including the Original Gen Mod, Gen Nano, Gen X, Gen S and the recent Gen 200.
What To Expect From Vaporesso Gen Fit Kit…
This appears to be the first starter kit from the Gen range which is usually targeted to intermediate and advanced vapers.
The kit consists of a small box mod (battery section) plus a Mouth To Lung (MTL) tank.
Look first at the “Gen Fit” mod which has an internal 1200mAh battery and is charged at up to 1A via the USB Type C cable included in the kit.
There is no screen but there are 2 different sets of LED indicators.
On the top of the mod is a circular LED that changes colour according to the battery power remaining.
On the side of the mod is a series of 3 white LEDs which light up to show the power mode you have selected. There are 3 modes to choose from:
l Low = 3V – one LED lit up
l Medium = 3.3V – 2 LED’s lit up
l High = 3.5V – 3 LED’s lit up.
You can adjust the output to suit your preference, the higher the power level you choose the warmer and stronger the vapour will be.
An added feature is the use of a “Pulse Mode” controlled by the internal Axon chipset. This feature is usually found on the larger more powerful Vaporesso mods and provides a pulsed output of power which keeps the flavour strong and consistent. This mode is quite popular with owners of the larger Gen kits!
You can either press the fire button to fire the device or simply inhale on the mouthpiece as it is equipped with a sensor that registers the vacuum when you inhale to trigger the firing.
Included in the kit is the iTank M which uses replaceable coils – the MTX coil range in fact.
So far there is only a 1.2ohm coil available which is included in the kit, but Vaporesso is promising a 1.4ohm and 0.8ohm coil in the future which will be compatible.
The base of the tank features an airflow adjustment ring to tailor the airflow to your preference.
In standard form the tank will hold up to 3ml of e-liquid – this is reduced to 2ml for TPD regulated areas. The filling method is not mentioned sadly.
There are 6 colours to choose from Midnight Black, Space Grey, Prussian Blue, Rose Gold, Taffy Pink and Sierra Blue.
There are quite a few similar kits on the market from other manufacturers but this still looks like a great option!
