When you log in to your account in vapesourcing.com, you can find My orders in the left hand, and find the status of order in the right hand and then choose your order number to click View Oder.

If you want to revise your items in your order after payment, please contact us by service@vapesourcing.com

 

Tracking Number Inquiry

In Viewing Order page, you can click Track your order in the Items Ordered area. Then you can find the Tracking Number and real-time delivery status.

 

 

Order Status Instruction

There are some order statuses following:

• Processing:

Processing means that orders have either been invoiced or shipped, but not both.

•Pending:

Pending means brand new orders that have not been processed or finished payment by Bank Transfer. Typically, these orders need to be invoiced and shipped.

• Complete:

Complete means Orders have been invoiced and have shipped.

• Cancelled:

Cancelled means orders should be used if orders are cancelled or if the orders have not been paid for.

•Closed:

Closed means orders is closed by system owing to customers’ request or false orders without payment for long time.

•On Hold:

On Hold means orders is suspended temporarily according to customers’ special request to revise the orders or items, shipment, or address.

 

Order Revising and Cancelling

Generally, you can revise your order by clicking X mark or typing numbers for Qty at will in the shopping cart or replace your order before making payment.

If you finish payment and want to revise or cancel the orders, please contact us free by service@vapesourcing.com
