Hellvape Fat Rabbit 2 Sub Ohm Tank 28mm 4ml/5ml Clearance

I received the fat rabbit 2 tank a little over a week ago. The tank itself has a great build quality. Love the upper and lower air ports. Wide open it almost gives my tfv18 a run for its money... flavor is great, coils last longer than most others. Good tank with one major flaw.. My bubble glass only lasted about 6 or maybe 7 puffs then it cracked. "Probably just a factory defect" sometimes glass has imperfections. Happens with all brands with glass tanks. Vapesourcing at first sent me email stating that they would be happy to resend product out as soon as i got them info and vid. I did this and they then just offered me 10 dollars for the glass as a store credit because they dont carry the glass yet. I pointed out that the cheapest in the usa is 4.99 plus shipping 8 ish dollars. I didnt want money. Just product or glass replacement. Since they dont even have the glass the store credit wont work for me to get the glass elsewhere. I guess atleaste they offered something. So beware, this retailer does try to help some, but doesnt make your defective product right. And lets hope that mine is the only defective bubble glass in the product line. Once again it really is a finominal tank, just be prepared to have to use the straight glass.. and if something happens they will probably offer you store credit "for a product they dont carry yet", "and that doesnt cover total cost of replacement glass from elsewhere", instead of fixing the problem.
