In a decade I had 1 return due to the wrong item being delivered, & 1 Geekvape T200 Mod kit that was unable to use that was dead on arrival and I started a ticket and within a week they sent me a new device, no questions asked. I don't like the disposable vapes but it's not on this company, But China has no FDA or safeguards to protect us consumers from unsafe manufacturing procedures and or processes or unsafe products. I've been against selling disposable devices but for the fact is that's what everyone wants, I don't trust the juice or the wicking sponge system is safe, but everyone just assumes they must be safe...... This doesn't reflect on vape sourcing, they're just like me and adhere to supply and demand. They taste good. -
